so coming home wasn't bad enough...coming home with the flu just put the whipped cream on the top of the UCK

I'm totally over the weather already - and this is only my FIRST storm of 2007-2008 season.

There may be a lag of pictures because unlike the gorgeous beaches and beautiful scenery, the winter here is pretty much the same - after the initial white prettiness, it is then grey yuckiness

January 14

It's amazing what 5000+ miles can do to one's climate...just two day's ago, we were in tank tops and shorts...and our stop sign was standing up....

When that HOOD truck came by - Atom said they were sliding...and was thoroughly shocked to see it take out our new stop sign and barely miss his newly fixed civic.

There is the HOOD truck again!

Atom looks a lot different in bulky clothes - I kinda prefer him in a swimsuit!

The trees look pretty...but the streets are dangerous

So, I got very sick starting on Thursday and by Saturday, although it was a gorgeous, I was not in any moods to take pictures of myself or anything...so Atom was my alternate picture taker - he NEVER takes pictures of himself - so be prepared that it the following pictures are just of things....
