After the tour at the MET - Downtown Manhattan and Yankee Stadium

So after the wonderful tour, we were all raring to go back into the MET and do more museum'g but after we had a hotdog and actually sat down for a bit, we realized that our feet needed a rest. So we headed back to the train, we were all really exhausted. But we opted to take the 4 to Yankee Stadium to see the digs. (Atom mentioned the HK store in Grand Central- we never got to go there tho so sad)

We did decide to stop downtown so Mom could take pictures in front of the work buildings that she worked at. That was a great idea because we were able to meet Barrie (he is a street vendor on B'way and we ended up having a very spiritual conversation with him, placing my personal copy of the new Jeremiah book, the September Awake! on loneliness and finding out that 2 of his 4 daughers were witnesses and his youngest was studying! It was great! He was awesome!

There are somethings that I like to do other than shopping - taking pictures. The beauty of picture taking is that it really is all up to me. Sometimes it's of things and other times it's of me and friends. Old Friends, New Friends and a sprinkling of family for good measure...
